From the moment I first met Dr. Sagong, I knew that I was in good hands. The entire staff was warm, professional and timely. I had arthrocentesis on my right jaw. I am now one week out and there is no more pain. I am still on soft foods but the pain is completely gone. I highly recommend this team for more advanced TMD problems.

There are 3 basic ethical codes of general dentistry that are nor respected in this so called self described "institute": Patient Autonomy (Self-Governance): Dentists must involve patients in treatment decisions, respect their needs, and maintain strict privacy and confidentiality. Justice (Fairness): Dentists must deliver dental care to all patients without discrimination or prejudice. Veracity (Truthfulness): Dentists must be honest and trustworthy in all dealings with patients, including open communication about treatment options and costs. They try to create fear to impose their decision rather than my decisions. As example: they presented options as necessities for pure money purposes. 1. Before even the doctors sees me I was sent to CT scan 2. I was imposed to have PRF.PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma....) while this a purely optional treatment (never covered by insurance). If you go to this business (that I think are better sale people rather than health care providers), be careful and do not take decision right away by fear. Go home inform yourself before taking your decision! I am surprised of the current high star reviews of this business!

I’ve been getting my Botox treatment here for almost 2 years now! I’m a heavy teeth grinder and wear a nightguard for my TMJ pain so getting Botox for my masseters has definitely alleviated my concerns.

Dr. Marechek took the time to explain treatment options for my TMJ disorder. I thought I ran out of all TMJ options (I.e massage, PT, acupuncture, soft foods, Botox, night guards, etc.). I was in so much pain and afraid but Dr Marechek was patient, confident in his expertise, and caring. He was able to increase my ROM from a score of 22 to 36 through TMJ arthrocenesis! I’m so grateful for him and his compassionate team!
